Submit a Requirement
For qualified organizations with a procurement, sourcing, sustainment, technology, or capability requirement. Send the general details and we will come back with a direct answer on whether we are positioned to support it.
Before You Submit
Keep this submission general. We need enough to understand your organization, the category of requirement, the approximate scale, and the timeline. That is sufficient for us to assess whether we can help and to come back to you properly.
Please do not send through this form:
- Classified information of any kind
- Controlled technical data, including data subject to ITAR or EAR
- Drawings, specifications, or technical documents carrying distribution restrictions
- Detailed end use, end user, or operational information
- Anything your organization would not send in an unencrypted email to a party it has not yet engaged
Once we have reviewed your inquiry and confirmed how we can support it, we will establish an appropriate channel for anything requiring greater protection.
This is a public web form. Do not submit classified information, controlled technical data, or other restricted material through this website. Nortrane will establish an appropriate channel for protected information once an inquiry has been reviewed.
What Happens Next
We review every submission ourselves. Within two business days you will receive one of three responses: an acknowledgement with follow-up questions where we need more to assess the requirement, a direct answer on how we would approach it and what an engagement would involve, or a straightforward statement that we are not the right party, with a reason.
The third response is a real outcome and we give it regularly. Telling an organization early that we cannot help is more useful to them than a meeting.
Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship or any formal advisory engagement. Initial consultations are informational and do not constitute a binding agreement.
